Good evening, folks. Winds are really increasing from west to east as a strong system works across the region. 40mph+ gusts will be around overnight into early Monday as rain pushes in. A shot of winter arrives later this week as a true December cold front shows up.
That front arrives later Wednesday into Thursday with cold air crashing in behind it. The coldest air arrives Friday and Saturday on a strong northwesterly wind flow…
That flow is likely to produce some snow showers or flurries Friday night and Saturday…
That’s going to be a big shock to the system with highs that may not get above freezing by Saturday and lows that may drop into the upper teens. Wind chills will also be talked about.
After a cold weekend, temps rebound early next week ahead of another big storm system.
I leave you with your weather tracking toys…
Enjoy the evening and take care.
Chris it’s not you fault but I’m getting to I hate reading the blog if its not cold and snowy I don’t care reading about 60’s for high at christmas vĂ©ry depressing sometimes I wish there was no comment section on here just Chris thought
