Good Tuesday morning eveyone. I have had some troubles getting to post tonight so I will make this one short and to the point.

A front is crossing the state today with a few sprinkles or light showers early in the day in the north and east. Many areas should remain dry. Temps will hang out in the upper 50s to low 60s with breezy conditons. Another cold morning will be with us Wednesday with temps near freezing. Some areas of eastern Ky will hit the upper 20s again.

Highs Wednesday will likely stay in the 50s in the east and near 60 central Ky. Thursday will start frosty with increasing late day clouds and highs in the 60s. Our storm will roll in Friday with some good rains. Here is a look at the latest GFS…

FRIDAY EVENING

SATURDAY MORNING

SATURDAY EVENING

SUNDAY EVENING

We continune to look good for some nice rain totals Friday into Saturday. This will be a very chilly weekend as well with highs struggling to get to the low 50s. The NWS is going to take a beating with their 60s for highs this weekend. I was going to rip into them… but I honestly don’t have the heart to do it to them as the lack of effort is getting sad with some of them.

More on all this and what other “interesting” things we can cook up for next week later today.

Take care.
