Hi everybody and welcome to the weekend. I don’t have a whole lot to say this evening because the weather is playing out as forecast. Our slow moving cold front is bringing some much needed rains to parts of the region and that will continue into Saturday. We have Hanna ready to hit South Carolina and I have tons of tracking maps and live cams for you.

The shower chance will be with us into Saturday across central and eastern Kentucky. Tailgaters at Commonwealth Stadium may have to deal with some rain drops. These should  move east by kickoff… but it’s going to be close.

There are some interesting possibilites with Ike next week and this storm may end up having a decent impact on our weather so stay tuned!
