Radar is lighting up with numerous showers and severe thunderstorms to our north and west.
These will continue to move in during the overnight and the blog will be here for your live storm blogging pleasure!

also not on a weather note but they say an apartment building is on fire in downtown Pikeville we have apartment buildings there so it shook us up then we heard the sad news of at least 2 have died in the fire and hambley blvd is closed down maybe all night
my husband just got a call and it was not one of our apartment buildings,but its across the street from one of ours.at least 2 dead god bless them.

Chris Also wanted to tell you of some disappointing news, back in the spring you singed an autograph for my daughter in Morehead when Bill Clinton was there. My daughter went to the Newport Aquarium and food was so high there that she had to spend her Bailey Dollar. Of well, Maybe she will see you again sometime. Beverly… they have a decent shot. Even if they don’t… more will move through later tonight into Wednesday. Localized severe weather threat but these will be LOUD!

70ph wind gusts have been reported in Anderson and Nelson counties.

Line of strong storms stretches from just west of Maysville through Lexington southward to near Stanford. Very gusty winds will accompany these cells.
