Good Thursday evening to one and all. Our atmosphere remains supercharged as even a weak system may produce a strong or severe storm. This is diving in from the northwest through the evening hours and may produce high winds and hail for some folks.
Track the storms on radar…
Am I the only one totally sick of rain and storms?
Take care.

I am sooo over having storms and rain. Thanks chris for all your hard work.
We just had a light shower go through Shelbyville. After it passed a double rainbow appeared!
No, CB, you are not the only one sick of rain and storms…thanks for the updates.
We almost made it through one day without rain and storms. Oh well maybe tomorrow!?!?
Rain and wind in Frankfort…just what we don’t need. I’m really tired of this merry-go-round of weather.
NO.
You aren’t the only one. I am sick to death of rain and storms.
I want to plant my vegetables. And sit in the sunshine for a few days. And take my kids outside somewhere. Please make it stop.
Well…. I do appreciate rain. But I am so over the storms, lightning and tornados. Go AWAY already…
At Clay’s Ferry it is blowing….and pouring and ….well it is a redux of this past week!
~Around 35 MPH winds here in Madison county with driving rain. Feels like living up north with all this rain and no lightning–just pure wind and rain…a definite different feel outside. lol
No Chris, I’m also sick of the rain and storms. Last night was a first for me. Long form severe weather coverage, in the mountains of West Virginia of all places. We were on the air almost non stop between 9:30 PM Wednesday to 3:00 AM this morning. I think every single county in the market I cover had a tornado warning at some point last night. Thank God only one confirmed touchdown so far, and it only caused some tree and vehicle damage. My heart goes out to every single soul impacted by the storms yesterday. I’ve never seen a severe weather outbreak like that, and I hope I never see another one like that.
CB, I want to take a second again just to thank you for being a shining example of what a broadcast meteorologist should be! Going on air last night I was just trying to recall as much as I could from you and TG covering storms back at KYT. You guys taught me a lot without you even knowing it. Thanks again!
I think you have to improve a bit the design and usability of your blog.
