Good Sunday to one and all. A few more rounds of strong to severe storms will rumble across the region through tonight. This is part of a more active pattern taking shape for the next couple of weeks.

Much of today is dry with temps 80-85 degrees. Scattered showers and storms will flare up this afternoon with a greater concentration showing up this evening through tonight. That’s when the potential for strong to severe storms returns.

The Storm Prediction Center has a Marginal to Slight Risk for the entire region…

This action lingers into the early part of Monday as a cold front slowly cleans up our sky from west to east and this clear sky takes us into Tuesday. Temps will be very pleasant during this time.

More rounds of showers and storms then kick in by Wednesday and we may keep this on again-off again stuff through the weekend.

The models are showing some decent rains through the next week…
