Good afternoon, folks. It’s a full blown wintertime day across the Bluegrass state with cold air, some snow, and just dreary weather. I’m tracking a few more snow showers tonight and another blast of winter moving in by Monday night.

As expected, the area I highlighted for a coating-2″ got in the bulk of the snow with a few spots topping the 2″ mark. Scroll down my twitter feed to see all the snow pics and videos from this morning…

Snow showers and flurries kick in on that strong northwest flow this afternoon and evening. This will be more prominent across the eastern half of the state and this is where some light accumulations may show up through tonight…

I’ll throw you another update before the evening is over. Enjoy the winter weather and take care.
