Good evening, folks. Our frigid pattern rolls on with another really cold night ahead before things start to turn milder. That milder pattern will then give way to more active weather as things turn colder again next week.
Before we look ahead, let’s look back at our frigid first morning of November…
November started with lows around 20 in many areas of the Bluegrass state. The Kentucky Mesonet site in Cumberland County made it all the way down to 17 degrees! Brrrrrrr! #kywx pic.twitter.com/kyxfkG6uGL

Lows tonight are down into the 20-25 degree range once again under a mainly clear sky. A few upper teens may show up in the valleys.
Upper 40s and low 50s will be common for Thursday as we hang on to a clean sky. The numbers reach the upper 50s and low 60s on Friday then deep into the 60s for Saturday with a few clouds streaming in.
Those clouds are ahead of a weak system that can spit out a shower or two on Sunday. but most of us stay dry.
The pattern continues to look more active next week but the models are having a struggling figuring out the timing of several systems rolling through…
