Good evening, folks. Here’s hoping you’re having the best Thanksgiving day ever! As we roll into Black Friday and the rest of the long holiday weekend, we are tracking a system set to arrive Sunday into Sunday night. That one has a touch of winter with it.

Let’s focus on this system.

The models all agree on showers arriving from west to east through the day. The models also agree on the potential for some flakes to fly behind this Sunday night and Monday morning as cold air rushes in on a northwest wind.

The Canadian Model has been steadfast on the flake chance from the start and continues to do so. It also has another front dropping in with a flake chance a few days later…

Now we find the EURO and GFS showing some Sunday night flake action and getting close to showing some flakes with that second front…

Well below normal temps are with us through the closing days of November.

The first weekend of December looks active with a couple of systems likely to make a run at us. These should be rain makers for us but it might wind up closer than I think…

After a break in the colder weather, this trough is going to dig right back in later next week into the following week. I will go in depth on that later tonight. Make it a great day and take care.
