Good Monday, my friends. As hard as it is to believe, September is just about to give way to October. The month is going out on a rather dreary note with clouds and showers for some. Milder air moves in for the first few days of the new month, but the coldest air of the season could be lurking for the weekend.
Highs today will range from the mid 60s to low 70s. Showers will be rather scattered, but keep the umbrella by your side to be safe. Here’s your old friend, regional radar…
Tuesday will see readings returning to the 70s and we will stay in the 70s through Thursday. A few spots will flirt with 80 degrees during this time as humidity levels increase a bit. This will help us fire up a scattered shower or thunderstorm on any given day.

I’m still going to keep a eye on the possibility of a slower moving rain system than what the models are currently showing. Regardless… there’s some ugly in that weekend forecast.
