5pm Update
Flash Flood Warning now out for Franklin and Scott Counties until 8pm.
The NWS in Louisville has now issued a Flash Flood Watch until 9pm this evening. Nothing else needs to be said about that.
Previous Update
Good afternoon gang. The storms out there this afternoon are producing flash flooding in several areas. This is something we have been talking about for a few days and I am perplexed as to why the NWS offices have not put out any Flash Flood Watches as we have more heavy rain producing storms through Tomorrow.

Take care.

Had a double Rainbow over Tim’s house a bit ago at least in that general direction
Here at my house in Nicholasville I got 0.09″ of rain. While it wasn’t a lot it came down at a steady pace that probably soaked in more so then a pounding rain would. We didn’t see much lightning just some harmless rumbles of thunder. The storm dropped the temp from 91f to 73f in about 30 minutes. The temp only rebounded back to 81f. We are now sitting at 75f.
